|April 2016||All enrolled MFP participants will now be checked for history of Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation by IDOA's BEAM Unit staff. The check must be completed before the case can move into the Transition stage.|
|February 2016||Agencies who transition MFP participants enrolled with an Managed Care Organization (MCO) as of 8/27/2015 and conduct minimum required monthly follow-up visits will be eligible to receive incentive payments when those participants remain in the community for 3 consecutive months and 12 consecutive months.|
|6/25/2015||Remember that participants with Acquired Brain Injury or HIV/AIDS can be served under MFP DRS.|
